¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA
¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Long, 600 So.2d 982 (Ala.1992), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and the cause is remanded to the Circuit Court for Jefferson County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
