¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 3rd day of August 2004 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Robert Charles Sinapi) shall have up to and including the 3rd day of September 2004 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 4th day of August 2004."
