McIntyre v. State

¶1Upon consideration, appellant’s motion to withdraw mandate and vacate per curiam affirmance is hereby granted. The mandate issued on February 20, 1992 is withdrawn and the opinion filed on February 4, 1992 is vacated. Appellant’s initial brief on the merits shall be filed within thirty days (30) of the date hereof.
