¶1AFTER REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

¶2In compliance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte Matthews, 601 So.2d 52 (Ala.1992), this cause is reversed and remanded to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
