¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 26th day of August 2004 by Defendant for extension of time to file new brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Merisel Inc., et al.) shall have up to and including the 27th day of September 2004 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 26th day of August 2004."
