¶1Appellant, convicted of three counts of sexual battery and one count of kidnapping, raises five arguments on appeal, only one of which has merit.
¶2Appellant argues, and the state concedes, that the court improperly listed appellant’s conviction as one for kidnapping, instead of false imprisonment. The sentencing guidelines scoresheet, however, was correct. We remand for correction of the written judgment,
