Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Decided 2015-05-26

¶1Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

¶3Thomas Marvin Fair, Jr., appeals the district court’s orders: (1) accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2012), complaint, and (2) denying his motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Fair v. Stirling, No. 6:13-cv-02940-RMG, 2014 WL 6983363 (D.S.C. Dec. 10, 2014; filed Jan. 20, 2015 & entered Jan. 21, 2015). We deny Fair’s motion for appointment of counsel and we dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶4AFFIRMED.
