Cooper v. State

¶1Appellant seeks review of the trial court’s order denying his motion to correct illegal sentence under rule 3.800(a), Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. After review of the record and initial brief, we conclude that appellant has failed to demonstrate a preliminary basis for reversal. Accordingly, we summarily affirm the order on review pursuant to rule 9.315(a), Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.
