¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 7th day of October 2004 by Attorney General Motion to Extend Time for filing the State's Brief and the State's Response to Defendant-Appellant:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 24th day of November 2004 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 11th day of October 2004."
