¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Judge.

¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Purser, 607 So.2d 301 (Ala.1992), the judgment in this case is reversed and the cause remanded to the Circuit Court for Jefferson County for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
