¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 23rd day of December 2004 for Extension of Time to File Amicus Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Amicus (North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers) shall have up to and including the 1st day of February 2005 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 29th day of December 2004."
