¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 20th day of January 2005 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (McNeil) shall have up to and including the 23rd day of February 2005 to file his Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 21st day of January 2005."
