¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s holding in Ex parte Pierce, 608 So.2d 336 (Ala.1992), this conviction is reversed and the cause remanded for a new trial on the authority of Ex parte Washington, 562 So.2d 1304 (Ala.1990).
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
