¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

McMILLAN, Judge.

¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Bishop v. State, 608 So.2d 345 (Ala.1992), in which the judgment of this court was reversed and the cause remanded to us, the trial court’s summary dismissal of the appellant’s Rule 32, A.R.Cr.P., petition is hereby affirmed.

¶3AFFIRMED.
