¶1We affirm the judgment and sentence, but remand to the lower court to correctly record the 25-year mandatory sentence imposed by marking the appropriate box on the sentencing form. State v. McKenzie, 574 So.2d 1176 (Fla. 5th DCA 1991).
¶2JUDGMENT and SENTENCE AFFIRMED; REMANDED FOR CORRECTION.
