61 A.D. 623

Imhauser v. Kopp

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York · decided 1901-05-15

Decided 1901-05-15

¶1Judgment affirmed. Inasmuch as the Special Term imposed no costs, and the defendant concededly was entitled to recover $425, and the plaintiff made claim for the credit for a sale, which was not allowed, we think, under the circumstances, that this affirmance should be without costs. No opinion. AH concurred.
