CAMPBELL, J.

¶1 (concurring specially). The evidence in this case is entirely circumstantial. I do not believe that the circumstances proved point so clearly to the guilt of the appellant as to be unexplainable on any other reasonable hypothesis. I therefore concur in the view that the judgment should; be reversed.
