¶1We affirm the summary denial of Michael Lamar Cook’s rule 3.850 Motion for Post Conviction Relief, but remand for correction of a scrivener’s error in the circuit court’s order, which, at one point, mistakenly refers to the defendant by another name.
¶2AFFIRMED; REMANDED for Correction of Scrivener’s Error.
