¶1Possessing intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale is the offense; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for three years.

¶2Neither hills of exception, nor statement of facts accompany the record. No irregularities in the procedure have been pointed out or perceived.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
