¶1(concurring in result):
¶2I agree with the affirmance of the convictions because the defendants have had their entitlement, assured by Article I, Section 12 of our Utah Constitution, of a trial by jury under the same prescription for a jury as has existed in Article I, Section 10 since statehood.
