¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 22nd day of February 2005 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (McNeil) shall have up to and including the 2nd day of March 2005 to file his/her Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 22nd day of February 2005."
