¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 6th day of April 2005 by Defendant for Extension of Time for Court Reporter to Prepare the Transcript:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Court reporter shall have up to and including the 6th day of May 2005 to prepare and deliver transcript *28to counsel. By order of the Court in conference this the 7th day of April 2005."
