¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 28th day of April 2005 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Hawk & Ear, Nose & Throat) shall have up to and including the 9th day of June 2005 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 2nd day of May 2005."
