¶1The appellee confesses error in the trial court’s order reducing a burglary charge without the state’s consent. We therefore reverse the convictions and sentences under review and return the matter to the trial court with instructions to permit the *617appellee to withdraw his guilty pleas and to thereafter proceed with the matter.
¶2Reversed and remanded with directions.
