¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 27th day of May 2005 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Response to Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Francisco Laboy) shall have up to and including the 30th day of June 2005 to file and serve his/her response with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 31st day of May 2005."
