¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 9th day of June 2005 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Response to Petition for Discretionary Review:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Justin Everett Rose) shall have up to and including the 17th day of June 2005 to file and serve his/her response with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 9th day of June 2005."
