¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 16th day of June 2005 by Attorney General for Extension of Time to File Response to Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and Including the 4th day of August 2005 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 21st day of June 2005."
