¶1ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING

PER CURIAM.

¶2We amend our judgment to delete legal interest because the lower court judg-*893merit is silent as to interest. Williams v. Williams, 431 So.2d 780 (La.App. 4th Cir.1983).

¶3We further amend the judgment to assess all court costs against defendant, Protective Insurance Co., except the cost of appeal which is assessed against the plaintiff, Ronnie T. Vallery. La.C.C.P. art. 2164.

¶4AMENDED AND AFFIRMED.
