¶1concurring on Overruling Without Written Opinion Appellant’s Motion for Leave to File Motion for Rehearing.

¶2I concur in the action of the Court only because it is uncontroverted that upon being stopped for speeding appellant failed to produce a valid driver’s license and thereby gave cause for a custodial arrest.
