¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA
¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Thomas, 616 So.2d 352 (Ala.1992), the judgment in this cause is reversed and this cause remanded to the Circuit Court for Dallas County with instructions that the defendant be allowed to withdraw his guilty plea.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
