¶1We affirm the trial court’s denial of appellant’s motion, filed pursuant to Rule 3.800(a), Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, without prejudice to appellant’s right to file in the trial court a proper motion pursuant to Rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure.
