¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 5th day of July 2005 by Plaintiff for Request to Remove from *234Case No. 93CVS19 the Voluntary Contracts and Res-Judicata Judgments of C. Preston Cornelius and Spouse and filed in the above case with a new caption:
