¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 6th day of July 2005 by Defendant:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Court reporter shall have up to and including the 5th day of August 2005 to prepare and deliver transcript *235to counsel. By order of the Court in conference this the 8th day of July 2005."
