¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 8th day of July 2005 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File and Serve the Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Alden Jerome Harden) shall have up to and including the 8th day of September 2005 to file and serve his/her Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 15th day of July 2005."
