¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 10th day of August 2005 by Attorney General for Extension of Time to File Brief on September 15, 2005:
¶2"Motion Allowed until September 9, 2005. Plaintiff (State of NC) shall have up to and including the 9th day of September 2005 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 11th day of August 2005."
