¶1*854The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 23rd day of August 2005 by Attorney General for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 3rd day of October 2005 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 18th day of August 2005."
