¶1The following order has been entered on the second motion filed on the 22nd day of August 2005 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Terry Alvin Hyatt) shall have up to and including the 7th day of November 2005 to file his/her Petition for Writ of Certiorari. By order of the Court in conference this the 25th day of August 2005."
