¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 26th day of August 2005 by Attorney General for Extension of Time to File State's Response:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 1st day of October 2005 to file his/her response with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 29th day of August 2005."
