¶1We review Brown v. State, 606 So.2d 742 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992), based on a certified question. Art. V, § 3(b)(4), Fla.Const. We answer the question in the affirmative and approve the district court’s decision on the authority of Joiner v. State, 618 So.2d 174 (Fla.1993).
