¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT
¶2The prior judgment of this court, 620 So.2d 1, has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of July 31, 1992, 620 So.2d 4 (Ala.1992), this cause is now affirmed.
¶3AFFIRMED.
