¶1This is an appeal from convictions for delivery of cocaine and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. We affirm the conviction for delivery of cocaine. Because the evidence to support the conviction for conspiracy to traffic is legally insufficient we reverse that conviction and order appellant discharged on that count.
