¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 21st day of October 2005 by Attorney General for Extension of Time for Filing State's Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 27th day of October 2005 to file and serve his/her Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 24th day of October 2005."
