¶1We review Jones v. Jones, 606 So.2d 748 (Fla. 5th DCA 1992), based on conflict of decisions. Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. We recently resolved the conflict in Mize v. Mize, 621 So.2d 417 (Fla.1993). On the authority of Mize, we quash the decision of the district court of appeal; we remand the case to that court for reconsideration in light of our opinion in Mize.
