¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 15th day of November 2005 by Defendant Motion to Extend Time to Prepare Transcript:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Court reporter shall have up to and including the 19th day of December 2005 to prepare and deliver transcript to counsel. By order of the Court in conference this the 17th day of November 2005."
