¶1The state appeals the trial court’s order granting Bradford Sutton’s motion to suppress evidence seized during the execution of a search warrant. We reverse.
¶2This matter is governed by our decision in State v. Ferris, 623 So.2d 752 reh’g denied, (Fla. 2d DCA 1993) (substituted op.).
¶3We reverse with directions to quash the trial court’s order granting the motion to suppress. ,
