¶1(dissenting).

¶2I dissent.

¶3In applying the standard which the court agrees must be met in order to satisfy the prejudice element of an ineffee-tive-assistance-of-counsel claim, I am convinced that prejudice has not been established. I would affirm the judgment of the district court.
