¶1dissenting.

¶2David Morris’ view as to whether or not the ring was stolen was irrelevant. Even so, considering the other evidence, it should be regarded as harmless error. See, State v. DeGuilio, 491 So.2d 1129 (Fla.1986). I would affirm the conviction.

¶3On the issue of the sentence imposed, I concur with the views of the majority opinion.
