¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 3rd day of January 2006 by North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers for extension of time to file amicus brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers shall have up to and including the 1st day of February 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 5th day of January 2006."
