¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 29th day of December 2005 by Defendant for Additional Time to Procure the Production of Necessary Transcript:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Taylor) shall have up to and including the 13th day of January 2006 to Procure the Production of Necessary Transcript. By order of the Court in conference this the 5th day of January 2006."
