¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 25th day of January 2006 by Plaintiff for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Plaintiff (David K. Trayford, M.D.) shall have up to and including the 13th day of February 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 24th day of January 2006."
